lövrunzaht is my attempt at a mashup of the theme song from Löwenzahn and the One Republic song Love Runs Out.

Löwenzahn ("dandelion") is a children's TV series, arguably the German equivalent to Bill Nye the Science Guy or Mister Roger's Neighborhood. Hosted by Peter Lustig from the 1980s until 2006, it was part of many Germans' childhood.

Its theme song bears some resemblance to Love Runs Out — they're in the same key, and the melodic structures are pretty similar. (It helps that the words "Love Runs Out" sound vaguely like "Löwenzahn", too.)

Originally, lövrunzaht was just a short video highlighting the similar pronunciations. I later expanded it into more of a mashup.
